IR Manager [South Africa]


 

We’re looking for a seasoned Group IR Manager with solid labour relation expertise to join our team urgently

NON NEGOTIABLE

Must have a Labour Law , HRM, or Industrial Relations Degree.

Must have 5 to 10 years IR Experience

Must have understanding of bargaining councils

Must have proven track record of successful arbitrations.

Must have experience in handling disputes of mutual interest

Must be able to travel

Must have own car and valid driver’s licence

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
