Responsibility
- Be able to transform strategies into implementation as well as set up “Objective Key Results” of assigned project.
- Monitor, direct, analyze, and track project, to ensure that project is align towards its work plan and budget.
- Be able to collect information, analyze data, and present progress to management
- Monitor market, situation, competitors, and impacts concerning credit products, to improve strategies in which keep in pace with the trend.
- Provide project support e.g. consultancy, strategic guidelines and analyze the strategies of the department
Qualification
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Management Information Technology(MIS) or any related field.
- At least 7 years in Project Management or strategy planning.
- Strong Logical Thinking and Analytical Thinking.
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
- Experience in Credit Strategy, Credit Product Knowledge, Banking is a plus.
