Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership of QA Operations Support group within QA operations Sterile Team
- Building up and sustaining a successful, high performing team
- Coaching and development of the investigators and aseptic experts group
- Responsibilities of a Qualified Person (QP)
- Responsibility for coordination and implementation of all processes around the product and release process (OOX, deviations and complaints investigations, escalations, change requests)
- Support of coordination of Sandoz Transformation Projects according QA requirements
- Engaging, interacting, and aligning with requirements from global and local Sandoz organization
- Accountable for preparation of risk analysis and all relevant procedures and ensuring training of staff
- Support continuous optimization of the microbiological control strategy maintaining consistency with cGMP and Sandoz requirements
- Support the identification of risks and opportunities in relation to contamination control in the manufacturing environment and assist in follow-up initiatives for improvement in close collaboration with operators, QC, and operations management
- Participation in audits performed by authorities or customers and in self-inspections
- Ensuring good collaboration with relevant departments (QC, stability, registration, production, MS&T etc.) as contact person for work group
- Organization/compilation of SOP’s relevant for department

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €73,112.90/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.

Essential:
- Education: Successfully completed academic studies of natural sciences (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biology)
- Qualification as Qualified Person according to §7 AMBO 2009
- 3 years of experience in the Quality Assurance area of a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical company
- Recognized expert in the area of GMP and manufacturing of sterile products and deep understanding operational excellence to solve problems in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, independent working style and high decision quality
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate internally and externally at higher levels
- Structured, proactive and collaborative working attitude
- Fluency in German and English
