TAHCHEis looking for a collaborative and highly dependable Financial Services Representative to work with our US Partner that helps individuals create retirement strategies using a variety of investment and insurance products.
This role will assist the business's daily operations and will be jumping into a diverse and flexible support position and client service.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Case meeting and deliverables preparation
- New account creation and tracking
- Handles transaction processing, handling general customer service inquiries
- Client interaction including greeting, meeting facilitation, annual reviews, phone calls and written/email correspondence
- Keep records and document financial processes
- Provide quotes, reports, and confirmations to the advisory team and/or clients on-demand
- Support for compliance activities and archiving
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3yrs of solid experience in the financial industry
- Insurance and/or securities licensure required (FINRA license 7, 63 [or 66], and SIE)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general clerical procedures
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in financial management and experience in a similar environment
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.
